Friday. Yesterday Hannah and I moved the bookshelf. Well- I moved it. And Hannah helped clean the room as I destroyed it.

I took all the books off, moved it, then put the books back on. From the top downwards. That's a mistake- because it started to bulge in the middle. And lost it's shape. So the pegs holding the shelves in place didn't hold the shelves in place. And THWUMP! Four shelves of Books/ DVD's start falling down, falling on me. I grab them- wrestling with gravity. Gravity attacks back. But even I am not stronger than the gravitational pull of the entire planet!

I have one hand on the top shelf- one on the middle. My third hand is on the second shelf, and my foot is on the last shelf. My head holds back the Key to Time. The Black Guardian laughs at me "Aaron - you must kill the Doctor; do it now!"

So we have been cleaning the house, I am rather afraid I need to continue doing that today, the floor desperately needs to be cleaned- in all the rooms. Today I think I need to do the Oven- I don't normally mind so much but it's a lot of scrubbing lumpy black metal until it just becomes less-grubby lumpy black metal.

At the moment I am waiting on the Dr Who Proms to come down it's going to cap my internet for sure, so I played one final game of COD4 before I started it, and won. I am beginning to think I have become "That Guy", I think I mentioned that previously. But I seem to be getting outrageously good scores in the game. Perhaps the good players are on holidays- or are now playing COD5, and I am left with the rabble who's Mum won't spend another $100 getting them COD5.

In other news, our Cat Jingles has hole in her leg- she was licking it quite a lot. I can't decide if she has bitten a hole in herself, or it's a wound that is hurting. It's not bleeding, but I am rather afraid it will get infected. She is limping on the leg a little- so I have been giving her lots of loves.

In the past few days, I have naughtily bought a few things on ebay to keep my ego happy. Including a first edition copy of Dr. Who and an Exciting Adventure with the Daleks, Regeneration (Book on the TVM), Project Valhalla (A Big Finish book on the Forge, a secret organisation that seals and uses alien technology.) as well as the Tom Baker Script book, the scripts for Robot -Revenge of the Cybermen. I am quite keen to read this to be honest- I hope it's full of lots of script notes.

For me, and a lot of other people Robot- Revenge IS Doctor Who, it's the 4th Doctor, Sarah Jane, Daleks, Davros, Cybermen, Sontarans, The Brig, UNIT. So many icons in a single season, and to think the TARDIS only moves them ONCE through the whole season- isn't that brilliant? They travel using transmat beam- Time Ring, car, but only once via TARDIS- just to keep you on your toes.

Having said that I would love to see Harry in the TARDIS Set- but that's just me. I mean imagine that, if you started watching during season 12, it's not until Pyramids of Mars in season 13 (about half way through) that you actually get to see the TARDIS set at all.

Actually, it was funny for me the TARDIS was very mystical, although I saw Horns of Nimon:3 first, I didn't actually see the interior of the TARDIS itself, my first real season I saw was 25 then 26- and as we all know there is only a single scene in the ship in both those seasons, and it's against curtains with the lights off. I think Andrew Cartmell did a fantastic job trying to make it much more mysterious- it wasn't until the Davison repeats that I really saw the inside. Although I had seen it in books. Somehow it never quite cut it for me until the TVM.

Anyway- enough of this mumbo jumbo. Just encase anyone wants to know our plans.

5th January - Janine Comes to Adelaide

7th January - We go to Mt Gambier. We see people. Do things.

12th January - We are going to Portland to see Hannah's family.

18th/19th Janurary We are heading back to Adelaide.

Things are subject to change- as always- but these are the tentative plans.
